About these terms

These terms govern your use of the software, free trials, licenses and related online services published under VIRA Tools (together, "VIRA"). "The developer" means the publisher of VIRA, reachable at vira.techs.tools@gmail.com. By downloading, installing, starting a trial of, purchasing or using VIRA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use VIRA.

Tool-specific terms

VIRA Hotspot Pro

What it is. Software for Windows that helps you share your PC's Internet using the hotspot feature Windows provides. It depends on your Wi-Fi adapter, its driver, your Windows version and your Internet connection, none of which the developer controls. No promise is made that it works on every PC or in every network.

Free trial. The trial gives access to the Pro features for 7 days, once per PC (and, where asked, once per e-mail address you control). It is provided free of charge, "as is", and may be changed, limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Creating multiple addresses, reinstalling Windows, changing identifiers or otherwise circumventing the one-trial limit is not permitted, and the developer may block the addresses and PCs involved. When a trial ends the software returns to Demo limits.

Licenses. A license key is personal to the purchaser and activates on one PC at a time. Moving a license to another PC is done on request after the developer is reasonably satisfied the request is genuine. A license may be revoked if it was refunded, charged back, shared beyond its terms or obtained fraudulently.

Online license service. Activation, trials and license checks use an online service operated with third-party providers. Its availability is not guaranteed, and the software may fall back to limited functionality when a check cannot be completed.

Real PCs only. The software is meant for a real Windows PC and refuses to start inside a virtual machine. Your responsibility when sharing a connection. Share your connection only where you are allowed to. Your Internet provider's terms and the laws that apply to you govern how you share. You are responsible for who receives the Wi-Fi password and for what they do on your connection.

Lawful and acceptable use

You may use VIRA only for lawful purposes and in line with its documentation. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or circumvent the license or trial checks of VIRA except where the law gives you that right, and you may not use VIRA to interfere with networks, devices or services you are not authorised to use. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of VIRA or from how you share your connection with others.

No Warranty, Support Obligations, and Limitation of Liability

1. Software provided "as is"

VIRA is provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the software's functionality, no guarantee is given that it will operate uninterrupted, remain error-free, be compatible with every hardware or software configuration, or meet every user's specific requirements.

2. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether VIRA is suitable for your intended use and compatible with your devices, operating system, network environment, and third-party services. You are also responsible for installation, configuration, maintaining appropriate backups, protecting your systems and credentials, and using the software lawfully and in accordance with its documentation.

3. Support, maintenance, and future updates

Unless expressly included in the applicable purchase description or agreed to separately in writing, purchasing a VIRA license does not create an obligation to provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, updates, upgrades, new features, custom development, or compatibility with future operating system versions or third-party services. Any support, updates, or other services expressly included in a purchase will be provided in accordance with the applicable terms.

4. Exclusion of certain damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, or for business interruption arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the software.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to VIRA or its license shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific license giving rise to the claim.

6. Third-party services and external conditions

VIRA may depend on or interact with third-party software, hardware, internet connections, operating systems, network equipment, payment providers, or other external services. The developer is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, interruptions, policy changes, or failures of third-party providers, or for circumstances outside the developer's reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law. Where a limitation in these terms is unenforceable, it shall apply only to the extent legally permitted, without affecting the remaining provisions.

By purchasing or using VIRA, you acknowledge that software may have technical limitations and that no software can be guaranteed to operate under every possible condition. These terms define the scope of the developer's commitments and the limitations of liability permitted by law.

Free trials

Free trials are offered for evaluation only, at the developer's discretion and without any commitment to continue offering them. The terms above apply to trials in full, including the exclusions in sections 1, 4 and 5; because a trial is free, the liability cap in section 5 is zero to the extent the law allows.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and severability

The developer may update these terms and the software's features. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it, except where the law requires your consent. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
